When thinking about quality standards and compliance, managers and leaders often look for quick ‘how to…’ tips: Where do you start with making changes?  What is ‘best practice’? How do you engage people in the change process?  Which quality standard is the one to aim for?  Is there a shortcut to making this work?

With continuous quality improvement and change, the ‘how to do it…’ is usually only one small part of the whole picture and can become very complicated.

So we thought we’d make learning about how to project manage quality, change and compliance a bit more fun.



An easy-to-follow story about the journey of one organisation as it travels towards the achievement of a quality standard, and the impact that this has on its workforce.  The CEO Sue, is faced with bringing about real change and improved standards and she needs to take quick decisive action if they are to survive economic changes.  Her executive leadership team, however, are less than supportive and seem stuck in a world of complacency and ambivalence.
